If you arriving by boat from St. Malo take the N137 out of St. Malo in the direction of Rennes.
After 13 to 14 kilometres you will come to the N176. Turn right onto this road heading in the direction of Dinan.
After 12 to 13 kilometres on this road turn off at the D766 exit signposted to Dinan/Saint Brieuc/Vannes/Plouer-sur-Rance. At the bottom of the turn off road you will come to the D766.

Turn left onto the D766 and proceed for 150 metres when you come to a roundabout.
At the roundabout take the third exit under the bridge
Take the third exit onto the D57 which takes you under the main road that you have just come off.
Proceed along the D57. You will pass a set of traffic lights. DO NOT TURN INTO St. Samson-sur-Rance but continue straight on. You will pass over an unmanned level crossing. About 2 kilometres from the roundabout where you turned onto the D57 you will come a 70 kph speed sign just before a bus stop. Turn right immediately after the bus stop.

Drive down the road until it turns sharp left. Rather than following the road round to the left, TURN SHARP RIGHT and you will see La Quinardais. The Dependance no. is 14.
Turn sharp right where the road turns left and you will see a row of three stone buildings to your right.
The Dependance is the last of the buildings in the row. It is no. 14, and it is the one that has been most recently renovated. There is parking forecourt for two cars immediately in front of the building.

Take the exit road from the airport and at the first junction turn right onto the D64
The Pleurtuit Bypass
At the end of the Pleurtuit Bypass you come to another roundabout.

Take the third exit out of this roundabout, signposted as the D766 to Dinan.
Follow the D766 to the next roundabout. Exit this roundabout following the road that leads onto the N176 in the direction of Dinan.

The Dependance is in a row of three stone buildings. The Dependance is the last of the buildings in the row and the one that has been most recently renovated. It is numbered 14. There is a parking forecourt immediately in front of the building with enough parking for two cars.
