If you arriving by boat from St. Malo take the N137 out of St. Malo in the direction of Rennes.
After 13 to 14 kilometres you will come to the N176. Turn right onto this road heading in the direction of Dinan.
After 12 to 13 kilometres on this road turn off at the D766 exit signposted to Dinan/Saint Brieuc/Vannes/Plouer-sur-Rance. At the bottom of the turn off road you will come to the D766.

Turn left onto the D766 and proceed for 150 metres when you come to a roundabout.
At the roundabout take the third exit under the bridge
Take the third exit onto the D57 which takes you under the main road that you have just come off.
Proceed along the D57. You will pass a set of traffic lights. DO NOT TURN INTO St. Samson-sur-Rance but continue straight on. You will pass over an unmanned level crossing and pass a 70 kph speed sign. After that you will see a bus stop on your right. Turn right immediately after the bus stop and before the next 70 kph speed sign. There should be sign pointing to La quinardais at this turning.
Drive down the road until it turns sharp left. Rather than following the road round to the left, TURN SHARP RIGHT and you will see La Quinardais.

La Quinardais is a small hamlet of stone buildings. The Dependance is numbered 14 and if the last of the buildings in the first row of stone buildings in the hamlet. It has been most recently renovated. There is a parking forecourt immediately in front of the building. There is also parking alongside the main house which is the house immediately before the Dependance.
